We are located in the village of Delhi, NY.

Where do you make your products?
All our products are printed in Delaware County, NY.

Where do you announce new stuff?
We announce new products on social media.

When do you release new stuff?
We drop new products in limited edition releases seasonally.

When do you ship product?
We run on a pre-order system basis. Typical wait time is 2-3 weeks. We do our best to be transparent on shipment dates.

I don't see the design & color I want.
We release in limited quantity runs. We may re-release previous season's designs and colors at times.

Can I get a custom decal size?
Yes, please message us for custom size truck decals. 

Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on DELCONY.COM However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 14 days from when shipment is received. We do our best to insure quality, and will do our best to reissue a product in a timely manner. We require that customers notify douglas.perrett@gmail.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process once we receive the exchange back at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back to our warehouse for exchange.
